ΨΩVITA ("we," "us") runs psiovita.com, the Vita chat assistant, the email list, and sales of the AI Sales Follow-Up Vault. This policy explains what we collect, why, who processes it, and how you can control it.
Email sign-ups. When you request the free guide on our opt-in page or through Vita, we collect your email address and the page or source you signed up from (for example, "YouTube Lead Magnet" or "website bot").
Vita chat conversations. What you type to Vita is sent to our server to generate a reply. If you give Vita your email address, we save it along with the last part of that conversation, the page you were on, your approximate country, and your IP address, so we can follow up on what you asked about. Please don't paste Social Security numbers, account numbers, health details, or other sensitive information into the chat. Vita is an AI assistant and can make mistakes.
Site usage counts. Our pages record simple, cookieless events such as "page viewed", "button clicked" or "diagnostic completed", with the page, the button or result, and a random ID that lasts only for your browser tab. They contain no name, email or IP address. We keep them up to 180 days to see which pages help people.
Vita's activity log. For every Vita reply we keep an accountability record: what Vita did (for example answered, drafted, or handed off to a person), which rule applied, and a one-way fingerprint (hash) of the reply. It contains no message text and no IP address, and is kept up to 90 days so we can check Vita's work and fix mistakes.
Free Follow-Up Diagnostic and Vita Follow-Up Queue. Your diagnostic answers and any leads you load into the Vita Queue stay in your own browser and are never uploaded to us. If you choose to request the free guide from the diagnostic, we save your email, your consent, and a one-line summary of your results.
Consent. We only add you to our email list when you tick the consent box or submit an opt-in form, and we record when you gave consent. Sign-ups are confirmed by a double opt-in email.
Purchases. The Vault is sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy collects your payment and billing details. We receive your name, email, and order details, but never your full card number.
Basic technical data. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes IP addresses and request data to deliver the site, keep it secure, and limit abuse, such as rate-limiting the chat.
We use your information to deliver the guide or product you asked for, to send the welcome email sequence and occasional emails about AI sales tools, workflows, and relevant offers, to answer your questions, to process refunds, and to keep the site and chat running safely. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
Zoho (Zoho Campaigns and Zoho Mail) for email lists and delivery (zoho.com/privacy). Lemon Squeezy for checkout, payments, and file delivery (lemonsqueezy.com/privacy). Cloudflare for hosting, security, and the AI model that powers Vita (cloudflare.com/privacypolicy).
We keep your email subscription until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. We keep chat records saved with a lead for up to 12 months, Vita’s activity log for up to 90 days, and site usage counts for up to 180 days. We keep purchase records as long as tax and accounting rules require.
Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and we honor opt-outs promptly. You can email us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted.
